I stumbled into my first yoga class through a corporate wellness program—and walked out wondering how life suddenly felt a little lighter. After earning my 200-hour certification, I dove headfirst into the magic of mind–body–spirit connection and for the last 15 years I’ve loved helping students discover that same spark. My classes blend energizing movement, feel-good challenge, and grounding moments that bring you back to yourself.
When I’m not teaching, I’m probably wrangling my three kiddos, finding a moment amidst the chaos with my hubby, or cheering on women through my energy and coaching work.
